NZXT Khaos

Cooler and PC case manufacturers came with an interesting bunch of new models at Computex 2008. Among the best cases shown there was the Khaos from NZXT.
Khaos is quite massive, measuring 225 x 612 x 597 mm (WxHxD), plus it comes with a peculiar symmetrical design. Unlike your average case, Khaos supports not one, but two power supplies, which can allow users to split the power usage between major components. NZXT was kind enough to include the cable which is used to jump start the second power supply. The Khaos may seem a bit of a monster compared to other cases as it flaunts eleven 5.25-inch bays, so you can turn this baby into a real server with several HDDs, optical drives, card readers, front panels that let you adjust all sorts of parameters inside the PC and many others.
The cooling part is also strongly represented: two 120mm fans in the front, one 120mm at the back and a larger 140mm at the top. Additionally, in case you want to overclock you components like crazy, there’s a plate with three fans which is placed between the motherboard and the 5.25-inch bays. On top of that, the case weighs 15.7kg, but NZXT decided to place rubber wheels and a handle for easier movement of the monster.
NZXT Khaos is expected to ship in mid-June at the suggested price of US $399.
